Our Refund Policy

We're committed to selling high-quality products. We acknowledge that sometimes a product may have a fault. Please phone our customer service helpline (09-9131487) or mail to us (sales@cnell.com) to explain the fault as we may be able to offer assistance. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.

However, it must be noted that refunds are not always possible. The cases are as follows:

● Refunds will be offered on items that are "dead on arrival", damaged in transit or are defective AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.

● Refunds will not be offered after an item has been used / worn.

● Refunds will not be offered if buyers change their mind, or if the item "is not what you expected".

● Original Postage / courier chargers are non-refundable.
