For all our motorcycle apparel except the clearance products, we have a ONE-YEAR warranty from the date of purchase, which covers all manufacturing faults or defects. If you have any issue with products purchased from us, we promise to do all we can to get you back outside as fast as possible.
Return Terms and Conditions
We understand that choosing the right style or size sometimes could be challengeable particularly when shopping online. Therefore, to minimize the potential risk, products purchased from us either online or in store could be returned within 7 days. We have three solutions to any return.
- Repair: Wherever possible, we will endeavour to repair any fault to a factory standard and return it to you at no extra charge.
- Exchange: If repair is not possible or practical, we will replace it with the same or similar product or exchange it for any of CNELL’s products of the same value as your original purchase price.
- Refund: If none of the above solutions are possible or practical, you will have the option of receiving a full refund.
- items returned for exchange or refund must be received back to us together with the invoice in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- we do not accept returns for repair, exchange, or refund on any clearance items. These products will be clearly marked as clearance.
- we do not accept returns for repair, exchange, or refund on items with damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident or wear and tear.
Also, if you believe you have received a wrong or faulty item, or upon receipt your item is not as described, please contact us within 24 hours.
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery, please take photos of the damage and email them to us at email@example.com within 24 hours.
After 7 days from the date of purchase, if you still want to return for a refund, there will be a restock fee of 10% of your original purchase price.

- If items purchased from us is returned for repair, exchange, or refund, we will not shoulder the shipping cost, unless at any manufacturing issue.
- If you placed an order with free shipping and now you return the order for refund, your money will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost incurred by CNELL, unless at any manufacturing issue.
All refunds will be credited to a voucher/vouchers with the same purchase value as your order, or they could be processed back to the original payment method normally within 3 business days after the refund is approved.
The processing time for returns might be extended during holidays, and the delivery time often depends on couriers.
